Application
Designed for the MI Swaco Mongoose shale shakers, Meerkat Series.
Shale shakers screens are used to clean drilling fluids, solid control, and waste management.
- Periodically clean the screen panels during circulation, redirecting the flow to one vibrating screen (if possible) to minimize clogging and solids buildup.
- Never use alternative cleaning products such as scrapers, brooms, shovels, etc.
- Thoroughly clean seats, rubber seals, tension bolts, wedges and tension bars before installing new screen panels.
- Use a pressure washer if possible.
- To avoid damage, use a high-pressure washer with a distance of at least 15 cm between the nozzle and the working surface of the sieve panel.
- Clean in the direction of flow.
- Clean the screens thoroughly. panels.
- Let dry on a flat surface.
- Pack the screen panels into a box.
- Store in a dark, dry place to prevent corrosion and other damage.
- Store horizontally or vertically in boxes or without using cardboard spacers between the screen panels.
- Care should be taken to avoid mechanical damage.
